All Smart DB projects are allocated a dedicated project manager to manage the supply chain. The project manager has overall responsibility for the management, planning and delivery of the project and is responsible for day to day management and supervision of the operations at site level. On larger projects, this is supplemented with the allocation of a site supervisor who will undertake the supervision of sub-contractors should the scale of any project dictate.
